I have designed this six-week postnatal yoga course to provide you with a place to be seen, heard and felt in the weeks and months following the birth of your baby/babies. This past year has left many women feeling vulnerable, isolated and unsupported due to the unusual and exceptional circumstances created by the pandemic.
I bring over 15 years of experience in teaching & training in perinatal yoga, yoga therapy, integrative counselling and birth trauma to provide practical, safe and effective mental and physical support for your body and mind.
Each session includes simple sequences of movement & yoga postures to help create a sense of support & spaciousness in your body.
Practices are suitable for everyone, including those recovering from a cesarian or assisted delivery and those with diastasis recti.
Combining mindful breathing, visualisation & deep relaxation to alleviate physical and mental tension.
Gathering information via a questionnaire, you will receive your personalised relaxation & visualisation audio downloads to use in between sessions and provide ongoing relief.
