By integrating dynamic movement and breath, we will move our bodies in a continuous, slow and mindful way; stretching, arching, folding, twisting, rippling, rolling, always fine-tuning our ability to pay attention to sensation, pulse, and inner rhythm. The result is an ever-increasing awareness of our experience of the present moment, which in turn helps us to manage our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Combining traditional Buddhist meditation on the breath, yoga, movement, and somatic awareness, we may connect our outer and inner experiences of the world. Once established in this practice we are able to make space for the qualities of gratitude & compassion and move with awareness into stillness.

This retreat is a time to explore, refine and navigate your way to find your own 'True North', and harness a sense of wellbeing, purpose and true restoration.

  • Pre Yoga snack of dried fruits, nuts, fresh juice morning shot, coffee and tea

  • Morning outdoor Yoga (weather dependent!)

  • Breakfast - A buffet of homemade granola, yoghurts, fruits, local breads, honey, jams, pancakes, eggs

  • Free time: could involve a hike, local trip, or relaxation by the pool or beach. Option of 1:1 yoga

  • Lunch, a variety of nutritious Mediterranean inspired foods, locally sourced or grown, seasonal

  • Afternoon relaxation - massages, siesta, go exploring, hiking, option of 1:1 yoga

  • Late afternoon Yoga, as the sun begins to set, sometimes a Sunset Yoga & Meditation

  • Dinner

  • Hang out, go to bed, read or star gaze


We will incorporate contemporary movement and dynamic yoga to find strength, fluidity, resilience, and restoration. Over the five days together we will discover new ways of unfolding into ourselves and out into the world with MBSR body scan, Yoga Nidra, Walking Meditation as well as more somatic based sensing and awareness of movement and body.
