Each session incorporates creative, dynamic vinyasa yoga, movement and breath-work to lead us seamlessly into a final meditation or guided relaxation.

This class is guaranteed to focus the mind, increase mobility & strength and leave you with a sense of spaciousness and harmony throughout your body and mind.

Influenced by my training in yoga therapy with The Minded Institute (2011 - 2013), this 10-week course incorporates yogic principles and mindfulness meditation, the foundations of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Scientific research affirms that depression, anxiety, and stress are best treated with a method that addresses both the physiological and psychological aspects of a person. This 10-week program does just that, combining specific yoga postures & breath-work
to rebalance the nervous system, the restorative aspects of mindfulness and psychotherapeutic holding support the regulation of our mood and emotions safely.

This 10-week course supports your understanding of how these practices work in the short term by providing immediate relief and in the longer-term maintenance of positive mental health.

Each week we will develop an awareness practice and learn tools to manage unhelpful mental patterns, perceptions and habits.

Each student will have access to download and keep helpful resources to support a home practice between the ten sessions.
COST: £150*

Spaces are limited to 6 or 7.

Just tried my first class with Toni at The Breathing Space. I loved her Yoga style to music and detailed coaching. I completely agree with one of the other ladies in the class, “her classes are like a massage from the inside”.
